Youre Not For Everyone

You’re Not for Everyone

A devotional for the woman who’s learning that not everyone’s approval belongs in her business plan

Scripture

“Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ.” – Galatians 1:10
Today’s Truth

Not everyone is going to get you. Not everyone is going to support you. Not everyone is going to celebrate your wins, believe in your vision, or understand why you’re building what you’re building.
And that’s not rejection. That’s CLARITY.
You’re not for everyone. Your message isn’t for everyone. Your business isn’t for everyone. Your content isn’t for everyone. Your energy isn’t for everyone. And the sooner you make peace with that, the freer you become to fully show up for the people you ARE for.
When you try to be for everyone, you end up being powerful for no one. You water down your message. You soften your convictions. You shrink your vision to fit into spaces it was never designed for. You exhaust yourself trying to win over people God never assigned to your journey.
Jesus had twelve disciples and He still lost one. He preached to thousands and still had people who wanted Him gone. If the Son of God wasn’t for everyone, why do you think you need to be?
Your people are out there. The women who need EXACTLY your story, your voice, your experience, your message. They’re waiting for the unfiltered, unapologetic, fully-expressed version of you. Not the toned-down version you created to keep people comfortable.
But they can’t find you if you keep hiding yourself trying to appeal to everyone else.

Your Moment

Today, release the people who don’t get it. The family member who questions your vision. The friend who doesn’t understand why you keep building. The follower who pushes back on everything you post. The person whose approval you’ve been chasing but never quite catching.
Release them. Love them. But stop building your life around winning them over.
Instead, show up FULLY for the people you ARE for. Speak directly to them. Build specifically for them. Serve them with everything you have.
Your people are waiting. Stop wasting time on the wrong audience.

Prayer

God, free me from the need for everyone’s approval. Help me release the people who aren’t assigned to my journey and fully embrace the ones who are. Give me the confidence to show up as exactly who You made me to be – unapologetically, fully, without shrinking. Let me stop chasing the wrong audience and start serving the right one with everything I have. I’m not for everyone. And that’s exactly how You designed it. Amen.
You’re not for everyone. And that’s not rejection. That’s direction. Show up for YOUR people.
